Private Yoga & Holistic Coaching sessions are a wonderful way to nurture self-awareness, growth and healing on all levels of your being. These sessions offer support and guidance to begin, establish, or deepen your practice. They are also supportive for those navigating personal challenges or unhealthy patterns on a physical, mental, emotional or energetic level. The intention of each session is to create a safe and supportive space within yourself to grow, learn and nurture health and wellness in all areas of your life.
The practices offered are personalized to best support your goals and current life situation and may include:

rhythmic movement (jathi) to release overwhelm & calm the nervous system

physical movement practices (kriya & asana) to cleanse, nourish and strengthen body & mind

breathing techniques (pranayama) to support your current life situation

energy work/yogic healing/chakra rebalancing to shift old patterns and promote healing

sound and chanting to support emotional release and calm the mind
-
meditative practices for grounding, centering and stilling the mind
-
contemplative and reflection questions to support your personal goals for healing and growth
The sessions also offer practical tools and guidance on integrating supportive daily practices into your life.
Personalized One-on-One Sessions

3-sessions: $225 - $270 (sliding scale)

Rates include post class notes with practice suggestions. Online session participants can choose either written class notes and practice suggestions or a recording of the class.
