I know from personal experience that committing to a daily practice can feel overwhelming when you are unsure where to start or life is really busy. This 8-week series provides a structured framework and community support to help you build or strengthen a sustainable practice. Designed to meet you exactly where you are, Deepening into Daily Practice helps you develop a practice unique to your needs and lifestyle. Through guided contemplation practices and group discussions, you will deepen your awareness of your strengths, challenges and habits and create a solid foundation for lasting change. Whether you are adding just 5 minutes to your day or developing a longer practice, you will explore a variety of tools to discover what works best for YOU. ​​​​​​​
 

This 8 week series is run twice a year hosted live on Zoom, so you can participate from anywhere in the world.

Series Framework

This series offers a step by step, manageable process of integrating practices into your daily rhythm. Each live weekly Zoom class will include:

  • Check-in time

  • Meditative practice with mudra

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Jathi (conscious rhythmic movement)

  • Kriya (actions for purification)

  • Asana

  • Contemplative/reflective questions

  • Suggested practices for the week

  • Resources that can be used during the week.
     

Participants will also receive:

  • One-on-One call to discuss any current challenges/struggles and goals/visions for moving forward

  • An invitation to a chat group so people can communicate, ask questions, share ideas and inspiration and support each other during the week

  • Option for Cowichan Valley residents to book a Yogic Healing session 

  • Access to the class recording for 1 week

  • Series workbook

Sadie is the real deal. She gently and competently guides participants through practical little morsels of groundedness and connection so that anyone can incorporate the benefits of yoga into their busy day. This course is where the true essence of yoga meets real life. I highly recommend it.
