The Arkaya class is a practice to reset your life
into love.
~ Yogacharini Maitreyi

Arkaya Yoga is a full-spectrum, holistic healing modality that has its roots in classical yoga and tantra. The Arkaya Yoga class is a structure for life that supports health, awareness, growth and balance on all levels of your multi-dimensional being. Each class incorporates jathi (conscious rhythmic movement), kriya (action for purification), postures (asana), breath (pranayama), sound (mantra), visualization, and meditative practices. This is a foundational class with a focus on tuning into our own inner rhythm and pacing ourselves, not pushing ourselves. The class is suitable for all levels.

I have been doing yoga with Sadie for many, many years. Sadie has created a kind, gentle, safe environment where people of all abilities are welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend!
